Industrial electronics contractor had recurring field failures from coating on connectors. Manual masking added 8 minutes per board and rework was 12%.

What we built

PVA Delta 8 selective coater with vision-aligned board fiducials, UV cure tunnel, and a Koh Young Zenith AOI verification downstream. Recipe library auto-loads from the MES per board barcode.
