The challenge

OEM was launching a new mid-size product. They needed 180 jph capacity with ergonomic stations that kept operator effort under 15 lb sustained at any reach, and a quality gate every 4 stations.

What we built

Powered roller conveyor with synchronized lift tables at four key stations, Atlas Copco cordless tools with torque verification, and a vision-based andon at each gate. Process designed against MTM-UAS targets validated before mechanical release.

Key equipment

  • Hytrol roller conveyor
  • Southworth lift tables ×4
  • Atlas Copco PF6000
  • Cognex andon vision
